With our collection of vases, candle holders, florals, centerpieces and more you can save money and time. We rent you the items, most at little to no cost. No need to figure out where and how to store them or try and sell them to someone else after your BIG DAY!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I view items in person?

Yes! We have Open House events on Thursdays from 10am to 6pm where you can see our inventory in person. We also have Open House events every 4-6 weeks on Sunday. Visit PBCVenue.com to RSVP to an Open House, go to Events and then select Open Houses. We recommend that you attend an Open House event no earlier than 6 months before your Wedding.

Does your inventory change?

Yes! We are always on the look out for the next decor items that haven't been seen yet. Keep checking for new items.

Do you have sample swatches of the linen colors?

Yes! We have sample books. Email Angie@polebarnchic.com or complete the contact us box below to schedule a time to see them. This is also something you can see at an Open House event.

Can I rent your items for a Wedding at a venue other than PBC Venue

Unfortunately, due to the limited number of items we carry we don't rent items for use in venues other than ours.

Why is there a fee to rent some of the items?

The items that have a rental fee either require cleaning, replacement of batteries or need the Team at PBC Venue to set them up and move them.
